PROHIBITED ITEMS

The following items are strictly prohibited and cannot be disposed of in the dumpster:

1. Hazardous Materials (chemicals, paint, oils, asbestos)
2. Tires
3. Batteries
4. Medical Waste
5. Explosives
6. Flammable Liquids
7. Electronics (TVs, computers, monitors)
8. Appliances Containing Freon

FEES

Overfilled Dumpster (Above Fill Line): $50

Additional Weight Charges:
$0.08 per pound over included weight allowance

Trip Fee: $150

Prohibited Items Fee: $25 per prohibited item

Rental Extension: $40 per additional day

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The renter is responsible for ensuring prohibited items are not placed in the dumpster.
2. The renter is responsible for any damage to the dumpster and for all fees or fines incurred due to prohibited items placed in the dumpster.
3. The renter is responsible for all items placed in the dumpster, including items added by third parties.
4. Additional rental days beyond the agreed rental period will incur additional charges of $40 per day.
5. Dumpsters must not be filled above the designated fill line. Overfilled dumpsters may result in additional fees or delayed pickup.
6. Payment for the rental is due upon delivery. Additional fees (if applicable) will be charged to the card on file unless other arrangements are made.
7. Additional fees may apply for blocked access, prohibited materials, overweight loads, or overfilled dumpsters.
8. Customers will receive and electronically sign the full Dumpster Rental Agreement and Credit Card Authorization after booking confirmation.
